HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To shop on our website, start by browsing the items on our homepage and adding the ones you want to your cart. If the item has options like color or size, make sure to select the ones you want before clicking "ADD TO CART." When you're ready to check out, click "CHECKOUT." Your order will be shipped the same business day as long as you complete it and provide payment information before 4:00 PM CET for ground shipping and 6:00 PM CET for air shipping. You'll receive a notification with the expected shipping date and tracking information.
MY CREDIT CARD WAS NOT APPROVED. WHY NOT?
One common reason a credit card is rejected is an AVS mismatch, which occurs when the billing address provided at checkout does not match the address on file with the credit card issuer. To prevent this, carefully enter your billing information at the checkout and verify it with your credit card issuer if you receive an error message. Our website is configured for security purposes to allow a maximum of two orders per IP address within a 24-hour period. If you need to place a third order within this time frame, please contact customer service at email@example.com
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item you would like to order is currently out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date. In most cases, we are able to ship the item within 5 business days.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping costs vary based on your location. Some locations may be eligible for free shipping.
CAN I SHIP TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?
We can ship your purchase to any location you choose. Just follow the instructions at checkout to specify your desired shipping address.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDER?
You can check on your order status simply by sending an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond promptly with complete information on the status of your shipment. Additionally, you can log into your account and find tracking information for your order.
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you need to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, you can send a notice to email@example.com. If the item has already been mailed, you will need to follow our return policy to process the cancellation.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
At Pet Interest Store, we want you to be satisfied with your order.
